  I lived in Wharton, Tx for over 2 years the interaction I had with employees at that McDonald's was amazing. However I don't have the same experience in Clute, Tx. No smiles, no welcome to McDonald's when you walk in and the parking lot is very dirty. Accuracy is one thing, But without kindness from the employees what's the point in coming to this location.

  I am sick and tired of placing an order through the app just to be told that they’re not making any food. Placed an order through the app come to pick it up. Nobody answers the speaker. I pull up to the window. There’s a guy standing on the counter cleaning the ceiling and ignoring me. I ended up just leaving because nobody was answering If you’re gonna stop taking orders off the app This has been a weekly occurrence now.

  I have called many times today and no answer like does no one answer the damn phone what if I was a worker needing to call in or if I had questions like I actually do this location sucks and would not recommend

  Tell me how I can order online and by the time I get there, the store is "closed" despite all the lights and the order sign being on. On top of this, the Employees and manager let me circle around 3 times, wasting my time amd gas money before I had to obnoxiously hit the horn at the window just to get someone's attention. I promise you im reaching out to corporate for a refund on both this order, my wasted time, and my wasted gas. The first time I was in the window, YHEY WALKED AWAY FROM ME?!?! MCDONALD'S, IM DONE WITH YOUR EMPLOYEES IGNORING ME.

  Went in to get lunch, got ignored by the staff, I politely asked for my drink cup 5 times and was ignored by the staff, so I went and grabbed my cups myself. The manager, she told me her name was Patience, wild name for the worst customer service experience rep I have ever dealt with. Told her staff to not make my food, said I was stealing. She let a male individual eat their entire meal at the take out stand, disgusting practice. Girlfriend happened to say something and the attitude changed and I had to show my receipt for my drinks and they only gave me my food because it was already made.
