  Dont stop even if nobody there! locals hate it you will too.now i known why! McRib pure hog slop couldn't even eat it ,fries cool,terrible service , line to heaven wait for food on both ends ,then no paper towels or a straws to eat a mcrib come on man

  Was at McDonald's this morning and the manager will not come out and help a 80 year old couple with the kiosk machine. She is the same rude manager from Whitney McDonald's. Please train your employees to be a little friendlier and help out the older generation. Owner just took one bad manager and move her to a different location. Her attitude has not changed at all.

  Hamburger was made wrong! 4 year old wanted bbq they gave me honey mustard. He opened it so they wouldn’t replace with the correct sauce had to pay for it. What has happened to the service industry?

  We had the same experience as another person reviewing 3 mos ago Must have been no retraining. We stopped in for a quick breakfast. My wife ordered an egg McMuffin with only egg (no cheese or meat). After a very exceedingly long wait I went to the counter to inquire about our order. It was like they never got it and quickly put it together. When we opened the bag we found 2 regular egg mcmuffins, not the one with only egg. I went back to the counter and complained. The lady with the headset started arguing that they did not sell an english my muffin with only egg. I said I had ordered it that way in Dallas. She said , Well this is not Dallas. She even denied that they had English muffins. Finally Another lady in the kitchen area went and fixed our order the way we asked. I would suggest retraining is in order, and some serious attitude adjustment.
