  There's no cell service inside the McDonald's. I couldn't get my app to load to get my code for my order. I eventually got my stuff ordered and waited about 10 minutes. My food was hot and everything was included. So far, I've not had the experiences a lot of others have had with this location.

  The GM Bri is a joke. Bad mouthing, cussing, body shaming, and bullying the female employees. She needs to be fired asap! When an employee clocked out from the harassment she was trash talking the employee so loudly I could hear it from the far corner of the store. All the employees there would be cussing and bad mouthing people. A bunch of grown adults acting like high school mean girls. This franchise needs to clean house for real.

  Legit thought we had to be on a episode of "Punked". Waiting for the walls to fall down and the cameras to come out. The staff was literally screaming obsentities to each other about the work environment and customers. There were several families with young children having to listen to that trash. One lady customer confronted them about it, she just looked at her and walked off. I can understand food taking a bit to get, wrong orders etc....but this was wildly inappropriate.

  Terrible experience. Waited over 30 mins in the drive thru line for our order with no end in site. We pulled around and went in to what looked like a closed lobby. Could see and hear the workers in the back screaming obscenities at each other. The manager standing around the two ppl screaming curse words. Terrible experience. Definitely other options to compete for my buisness. We will never be back there

  I waited at the drive through for 5min, nobody took my order. I drove around and three employees were outside talking so I told them nobody took my order. One employee said he would let them know so I pulled back to the drive through and waited another 5min…still nobody took my order. Now two employees had gone inside and one was making out with his girlfriend at the front door. I yelled, hey nobody is taking orders…he just looked at me and went back to what he was doing. Absolute joke for an employee staff. I will never go back. It was never a pleasant experience before but that sealed the deal.
