  Ordered food at 6:04 on the mobile app. Finally got to the window at 6:20 with only two cars in front of us. They lost or order on the drive through line. So we had to go in which took another 10 mins. Finally talked to a “manager” who yelled at employees over doors, trash, and orders in front of us. Then asked if we could be compensated for having to wait over 30 mins. She refunded our food and then cancelled or ordered and refused to give us anything before just walking off. Worst service I’ve ever experienced

  Last few times going in the evening the fries are old and cold. I went today and asked for fresh fries. After waiting at the window for 18 minutes. They fries are still cold and old and not fresh at all. The other food was cold as well!!

  I ordered food for my wife, daughter, and myself. There was only one car in front of us when we placed our order, yet we ended up sitting in line for about 20 minutes. My wife ordered a #3 with mayo all the way. When we received the food, her burger was made incorrectly. It only had mayo on it and none of the other toppings that were supposed to come on it. I also ordered two large fries, one for myself and one for my wife, along with a small fry for my daughter’s kids meal. All of the fries were undercooked and soggy, almost like they hadn’t been cooked all the way through. We understand that mistakes happen and that restaurants can get busy, but there was only one car ahead of us when we ordered, and we still waited around 20 minutes only to receive incorrect food and undercooked fries. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially considering the amount of time we waited.

  Generally speaking, I never eat at McDonald’s. Only two times have I eaten at one of these, both times at this location with food from the drive-through because I was passing through. The first time I waited 40 minutes for my food to arrive and the manager couldn’t have cared at all. I watched over a dozen cars get food and leave… Never offered anything not even an apology. 2nd time I showed up was today in which I waited 20 minutes. Both times it was 7:30 at night when slow… this is absurd… in reading the comments. It appears that the owners and management truly need to get a hold of this place.

  The fries and nuggets were both hard and cold, like they had been sitting out for a long time. The food was not fresh at all and honestly wasn’t enjoyable to eat. Threw fries away. Definitely the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to.
