- RKRaihan KJun 5, 20261.0Absurdly Rude Service and Terrible Attitude!!! I have never experienced this level of attitude at a McDonald’s before. We stopped by on Friday, June 4th around 3:42 PM—it wasn’t busy at all. We placed our order (#804), but when it arrived, they completely messed it up and forgot the McCrispy Deluxe burger. When I went back up to the counter to get it sorted out, the drive-thru employee wearing a headset rudely snapped, "Hold on, we are busy." (Again, the lobby and drive-thru were completely dead at this time, so no, you weren't). Another employee wearing a safety vest eventually came over to help. I explained the issue, she understood, and she went to talk to the first employee. Instead of just fixing the mistake, the drive-thru employee doubled down on her terrible attitude, snapping that she had already called out the name "Katherine" and handed over the order. I had to literally ask her, "Yes, you did, but a burger is missing. Do you want to come over to the table and see what's missing?" They finally went ahead and made the missing burger, but when she handed it over, she gave me a glaring look as if I was the one in the wrong for asking for the food I actually paid for. Absolutely miserable customer service. Avoid this location if you expect decent treatment.
