  Omg !!! The service is amazing and was sooo fast !! I literally ordered this at 7:22 and it was ready at 7:28!! I’ve never had my food ready this fast at any wingstop locations !! 10/10 recommend !!!

  Horrible customer service!! I called to place an order and she asked for my name then hung up on me, I called again they took forever to answer and when she finally answered she asked me if she could put me on hold and then proceeded to hang up again! I called a third time and she asked for my name again then just set the phone down and I could hear everyone talking in the background, someone finally picked up the phone and I told her that I had already been hung up twice, her response was “ idk I was bagging food”. They need better staff

  Called to place an order, girl on the phone hung up twice after saying she’d put me on hold but it just sounded like she was having a conversation in the background with a coworker. After the third call she said she kept hanging up because she was “bagging” with an attitude.

  Ive been to this location multiple times for pickup orders. The front desk girls have been unprofessional, rude & lazy with not completing full order until arrival even having me to complete my own order myself. While they speak to friends who stop by their work place. I will be reporting once I get names. Will edit review to upload names and photos of the lovely gals.

  Ordered today and arrived when my order was supposed to be ready, but I had to wait at least 20 minutes. I expected it to be fresh since I waited that long, however , it seemed as though some of the chicken was just re-cooked after sitting under the hot light for quite some time bc it was hard to the touch and to eat. I couldn’t even serve it to my toddler. On top of that, I had ordered plain chicken and some spicy chicken but both came in one container and the spicy ended up all over the plain chicken- again, my toddler could not eat them- but I would give them another try in the future as they were extremely helpful with my daughter who got down to get the order by herself bc she wanted to have that experience. I wish all of my family members we could have ate the food. unfortunately i couldn’t even drive back to exchange the food or get a refund.
