  I ordered a chicken teriyaki foot long and she put very little chicken in the sandwich so I asked her if she can put more and she literally put 3 small pieces in it.

  The young guy that works there in the afternoons is very very very rude and as i can see is not the first comment i see of him everything started because when we first came in he kept rolling his eyes and looking at us like where dumb as he was preparing my bf sandwich then when he proceeded to mine he looked at me again like i was dumb and i try to calm down and told him can i please get ham and he said huh thats turkey and i said i know but im pretty sure you saw where i pointed but i still said respectfully then he started to go off on me saying i was fat and ugly and that my bf was ugly too and saying that i was stupid for not knowing whats ham and turkey and i also went off because i was very upset then he took his vest off trying to fight my boyfriend but he wanted to fight my boyfriend away where the subway camera wasn’t recording him he kept jumping the fence back and forth and saying he wanted to fight and the lady kept telling him to calm down the one that worked with him then after me and my boyfriend left he still came outside talking all this mess to us and sticking his middle finger on us. Everything happened today on 05-4-2026 around 7:00 to 8:00 if yall want to talk to a manager i have footage too

  Staff were rude. Young guy and older woman with glasses. I asked for a manager. There wasn't one. My order was placed online and hadn't even hit the system when I arrived. Young man was very rude about it. I won't return to this location. Phone isn't answered either when called.

  The owner of this place is going to go broke with the employees he has—an hour before closing, they already refuse to serve you. They claim they don't have anything, they are rude, and they treat you as if you were begging them for handouts.

  I want to buy some today and there was a Hispanic lady that took my order but she was really rude she didn’t let me finish Telling her I needed 4 sandwiches and just got 2 and then make me do the line again also when I pay I got charge $5 of tips that I did not wanted to give because she doesn’t deserve it. If she doesn’t like working for a fast food restaurant what she doing working in there!!!
