  Young girl at the window messed up my order. Even though she repeated it correctly to me over the speaker she put the order in wrong. They had to void my first transaction so they could charge me the difference. Then when i was asking how long it takes to post back to my account she got flustered and shut the window. If you can't handle fixing a simple mistake that wasn't the customers fault, then dont work the window.

  "Not to be the one to rush you, but we have other customers coming with orders too" After we've been on the mic for a total of 70 seconds, and are still actively communicating our order, is horrid, and beyond unprofessional. Dismayed to see such behavior, and will encourage my patrons to not return to this establishment. 11:45 PM, July 27th, 2026

  I had a previous review complaining that I get slushes daily but they were repeatedly lacking the flavor bc not enough was added and they were rarely mixed. Well since my returning slushes for them to fix them and making my review and someone responding to it, the slushes r perfect. I do have a suggestion for sonic. It’s so weird that SONIC doesn’t have something like frappes. I used to get the Java chiller several years ago. Of all places SONIC doesn’t have things like a frappe. Introduce SONIC frappes plz😁

  I had the soft pretzel twist, and cheese dip. It was very good and hot. Had to wait a minute before eating it. Also the drinks are spot on. Kylee Anderson, who is the sweetest carhop, brought me a special drink also, and it was delish, watermelon and peach refresher, It’s a puréed drink. Go try it, you’ll love it!
