This store is certainly a lot smaller than the ones you're probably used to finding in larger cities, but they still have a good selection of products. Just to add, their fuel is at a much cheaper price than most gas stations within 10-15 miles.
- BVBrennan ViceAug 18, 20262.0Very crowded and small. The selection is lack luster to say it best. Produce and meat for what they have was good quality compared to the other stores in Cleveland. We will drive the 30 minutes to go to a bigger grocery store moving forward so we can have a selection.

- DSDawn SAug 13, 20263.0Shopping here is a hit or miss. Sometimes it's fine, other times there are rude employees like Matt. I am assuming he was a manager, as he was wearing a checkered button-up shirt. I asked for help finding something from a female employee, who was super nice. Then Matt was rude to both her and I and dismissed us, told us if it wasn't there it's out (meanwhile my kid finds exactly what I'm looking for in a different area of the store, so did he even know where it was or just not pay attention in the first place 🤔). Store could def use some customer service training ... Maybe just the managers... Another one left me waiting for almost 5 minutes while she chatted with a supplier (clearance items requiring mgr password to complete transaction, which she was told). Meanwhile, the cashier apologized profusely and looked like he was waiting to get yelled at. Poor kid. Made me feel like that happens to him often.

Yet, the selection of products seems extremely limited for an HEB in city of around 10,000 people. For instance, Livingston is only HALF the size of Cleveland and their store has a much wider selection of products… especially, in fruits and organic fruit and vegetable juices. Not a single such drink at the Cleveland location.
