  7-16-26 6:30 pm Happy camper here, all expectations were exceeded. I can't get enough of the Promo Chicken Pecan Sandwich. It was well presented and DELICIOUS. My sprite was FRESH and good. All flavors on the fountain machine were available as well as all the sauces. They were fully staffed and the establishment was SPIC and SPAN.....Thanks guys oh and the young man who brought me my food Jayden was awesome and super nice with manners and very professional, thank you sir!

  Food was complete garbage didn't even eat it my wife finished half a tender and I barley finished half of my paper thin peice of chicken sandwich never going to eat again was my second and last time ever eating Arby's

  My husband went to order 2 sandwiches. There was no one behind the counter when he walked in except person at drive thru. A lady walked behind the counter, walked right past him and didn't even acknowledge him. Then another lady walked behind the counter, didn't say one word to him but he just kept staring at her and she finally asked if anyone helped him. When he brought my gyro out I wanted more sauce so I went in. The girl with the long blond ponytail looked right at me. Then turned her back on me. She was waiting on an order but no food was up yet but she ignored me anyway. Then the heavy set lady with dark hair putting up decor in the lobby got close enough that I said, excuse me I'd like more sauce. She looked at me like she was totally disgusted. She got the sauce, handed it to me without saying a word. The attitudes and disrespect from these people was ridiculous. I hope the owner reads this because these employees are not doing your business any favors. We were there 6/28@4:33p according to the receipt.

  Front staff was very friendly. I ordered a chicken sandwich off the breakfast menu. Not a full piece of chicken, it’s a small chicken strip. More biscuit then chicken
