  Today in the morning I went a bought my regular coffee and Crystal attended me she was the most sweetest.This is the best experience I’ve had here so far she really knew how to keep me entertained in the long line definitely coming back more often thank you Crystal .

  I’ve been to a couple different 7brews and had a sad experience but I can honestly say this is one of the best 7brew experiences I’ve ever had. Tatums positive attitude, patience, and genuine enthusiasm stands out. She went above and beyond to make people feel welcomed and you can tell she truly enjoys what she does. Thank you tatum for the amazing service, I will be back for sure!

  We LOVE this place! I am so excited about it because I love coffee but Starbucks is so far… then Cleveland gave us tbis place and it’s BETTER than Starbucks, tbh! Way cheaper, affordable, and the coffee actually gives me energy much more than Starbucks does. I love the atmosphere, all the girls are so cute and dress so cool! Our car hop girl we had was named holly, and we told her we’d brag on her because she was so friendly and talkative. We are excited … this place has become my new addiction lol

  Was really looking forward to trying the new 7brew in my town but unfortunately, it was a no go for me. There were several instances where the employees made weird looks/faces making the interaction feel uncomfortable and certainly unwelcoming. Decided to leave then and there. Unfortunately, the lack of effort and attitude from the employees really ruined the experience for me.

  08/02/26: Great experience! Perla, the shift manager, was incredibly kind and helpful. She spoke Spanish, which made my mom feel comfortable, and took the time to explain the sugar-free options, add-ons, and toppings. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly. The employee at the window (around 11 a.m.) even took the time to wipe off our drinks before handing them to us without us asking—it was such a thoughtful gesture that really stood out. The drinks were delicious too. Overall, excellent customer service and a great establishment!!
