  OH MY GOD!!! THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD! I LOVE ALL OF THE YOUNG LADIES THAT WORK THERE!!! I LOVE THE COOKIE BUTTER BLONDIE WITH AN EXTRA SCOOP OF TOASTED MARSHMALLOW AND CARAMEL DRIZZLE AND COLD FOAM!!! I LOVE BREE, MADISON, AND KANIYA!!!!

  Waiting 50 minutes for a coffee is crazy, I think, but if you come to this place, arm yourself with patience, because you're going to wait a long time for a coffee.

  I go to 7 brew locations all over frequently. This is the slowest location by far. Part of it I believe is messing up orders. While waiting in line they are constantly bringing drinks back inside. My last visit to this location I ordered 10 minutes ahead in the app. Then waited over 20 minutes in line. There was only 10-12 cars in front of us. By the time we got our drinks mine was watered down and my daughter’s was melted. The staff is friendly, but they need to work out the kinks. Other locations can be 15 cars deep and only wait 5-10 minutes.

  Tonight a lady in a black jeep held up the line for literally 40 minutes. As she sat there and used her karate chop Karen hands and berated every girl working the shift at 5:30pm on 9/4 I gained so much respect for every worker learning how to handle an uncomfortable situation in real time. Now, I’m sure her drink was messed up or perhaps something was put in it that she was allergic to, we get that something happened to merit a response— BUT. Lady, if you’re reading this, no human being deserves to be berated or spoken to like that. Every worker was visibly shaking and scared— of you, everyone was unsure how to handle, and at some point it looked like a worker handed the lady their phone with the owner on speaker. Lady didn’t teach them how to be more attentive at their work, she taught them how not to act towards other people. I will always support this 7Brew location. And lady, maybe don’t come back, and be considerate of others while you’re berating a bunch of 17yr old girls and pull around, step out of your car, and speak to others like a human being. I’ll be back and hopefully she won’t. Peace ✌🏻
