    Order is messed up EVERY TIME whether it's a pickup or delivery order they mess it up EVERY TIME. When we try to get it fixed they act like it's a huge problem. We love Sonic burgers but our family has an autistic person with food aversions and another with food allergies.

    Boy that serviced us was super friendly but my burger looked like it was squished sideways and I asked for no cheese and I got cheese I asked for mayonnaise mustard and ketchup and got mayonnaise and mustard I asked for no mayonnaise on the double but it was on there anyways.

    Everyone seems bothered last two times I ate there. I asked for ketchup and the young lady said it's in the bag, there was no ketchup
