  Usually we have good experiences here but tonight we pulled through the drive thru and experienced extreme unprofessionalism. We had the person taking our order change three times in under a minute, the first person was rude after we asked to take a minute to look at the menu. Second person came on laughing and third person came on come coughing from what I can only assume was laughing too. Extremely disappointed with the workers and wont be returning

  Ordered 2 drinks on app waited almost 20minutes and drinks never came for just 2 drinks…. Worst service I’ve ever experienced from a sonic.

  Always having an attitude over nothing. You can’t place an order without getting some sassy worker who clearly needs to find another job if you hate it so much, which I’m just going to assume you do by the tone of your voice. Also, they stop serving anything with ice cream like an hour or two before closing which is annoying.

  Those were the skimpyest Blasts I have ever had. The ice cream didn't even fill the cup, much less the lid! For that amount of $, you should be given a full cup!

  Every time I come here I am reminded when I only visit every couple of months. Because there's constantly a 30-40 minute wait for drinks. They need to hire some robots.
