  Ok thought we would try pizza hut again, my husband and I, But HUGE mistake. Ok so I ordered a medium pizza with my hubby's ingredients on one side and olives all on the pizza. They put my olives all on his side. Ordered the honey BBQ WINGS, got some nasty nuggets, not even wings or chicken? So we get our pizza from the pizza hut driver? NOPE...its door dash now that delivers the food, NOT PIZZA HUT. so guess what it was cold. The driver said that he went to pick it up and it wasnt really so he had to wait. Um noo...then why was it cold ? We live right around the corner from pizza hut, so he must have had other deliveries too. I called and spoke to the shift supervisor, spent $50 with Tip, and first he said he'd give me a $ 20 credit, I said a credit? I said to buy another pizza? He said yes a $25 credit. I told him no thanks. I was not going back to pizza hut, ever. Even for a free one. I just wanted him to know that the order was so messed up. Then I asked him about pizza hut drivers....he said they use door dash since last September. They lost me as a customer for good. I'm done....

  Over 2 hours and our pizza still hasn’t arrived. Never again. Honestly, if you can’t deliver pizza on a Friday night, you don’t deserve to be in business as a Pizza Hut. I’ve called to check 5 times, got put on hold for 30 minutes, finally got a hold of someone and they hung up on us twice. Never, ever ordering from here again. Get new management.

  It shouldn't take over 1.5 hours to a maximum 2 hours for 1 thing of pasta, wings and an order of cheese sticks. Also shouldn't skip ahead telling 3rd party delivery personnel it's ready for delivery within 5 minutes of placing the order and then cause them to wait that extended period of time when they could've earned more money within the proper time of the order being ready and then also saying that they're too busy to even start our order til about 8:20pm *currently 8:23pm as I type this* and they barely had orders on the screen...shameful. My apologies to the other delivery party.

  Shout out to Joe and the other employees at Pizza Hut. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and it was cooked perfectly with a golden crust and plentiful toppings. The pizza melt was crispy and delicious paired with great wings.
