  Different girl at the window. Had to continually repeat my order even once at the window. Terrible experience. Toyal was $4.54. Gave $5.54. She kept trying to give me 99 cents back and said the system rounds up. I don't care about a penny but it doesn't make any sense. My change was $1 and i should have got a dollar back. I barely bumped the cup on my car window and the cup split down the middle and my tea went all over me. Where it split, It almost looked like someone had maybe cut into it when opening boxes with a box cutter. It was a huge so I got a really nice bath of tea on this scorching hot day. She just looked at me and I had to ask for napkins. I got to repeat my order back to her for a 4th time though. Crazy. Definitely not the normal experience. But if your system shorts every person a penny for paying exact change that is adding up to your favor and kind of questionable. Worst part is both drinks don't even taste like what I ordered. Went for the 1st time today. No wait. Order was served promptly. The young girl working the drive thru was so friendly, patient and excited about the product/tea which is rare. She gave recommendations and encouraged me to come back & come inside to sample more of the teas next time. My son and I loved our drinks and he went crazy for their new red velvet muffin. We were so thirsty after moving in this heat and it perfectly quenched our thirst and was an all around great experience. We will definitely be back to try the coffee since she also helped recommend a few for our next visit. Great, great job htea0! You've earned a new customer! See you soon :) For anyone curious, my son got a mix of Coconut & Mint & I picked green tea mixed with pineapple crush. Both were delicious!

  My favorite place to get tea. So many flavors!!! They also have coffee drinks but I've never tried them.

  They started out great, however they have gone downhill. Apparently they they are infallible and never make a mistake, Lord forbid you call them out on a mistake and a polite way they get all defensive and they do not offer any kind of resolution. Beware... The stephenville location is much nicer ran.

  My fiancé and i have been regulars here for a while. We have always have a great experience. This was my favorite place to go when i was expecting my first baby. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the store is always clean and well stocked. We had an awesome experience today meeting the owner. He was extremely friendly and i can tell why this location does so well, The owner and staff care so much about what they do. We will continue coming here and supporting such a wonderful business ❤️❤️
