- KCKiersten CraftJun 4, 20263.0My husband and I shop here every Saturday or Sunday evening (around 8pm or so) because it's usually the easiest, less busy - especially with how the cashier aisles are set up (short and cramped), and employees are less rude. Today (around 4pm), we had to run in to get a few things and just wanted to get meat to grill this weekend. I asked to speak with someone in the meat department and when he came out of the double-doors, he just stood there and starred at me. Not a "Hello. How can I help you?" Nothing. I said "I have a question about the riblets" and before I could say anything else, he said "we're out" and walked back in the double-doors. I was going to let him know that there were pork chops in the place of the riblets and ask if there were anymore riblets, but I guess I got my answer anyway. I hate leaving bad reviews, especially on a store, but today really bothered me because I'm so sick of HEB employees being rude and I'll just have to keep going late at night, because God forbid I need to ask for help.

This location seems to be short handed as well as I had to wait 15 minutes for my order when I received a text message saying it was ready.
