- PTPatrick TracyOct 1, 20265.0I went to this location to pick up a few things for dinner tonight. I was having a pretty crappy day. I get to the register and was greeted by Alejandra she was very sweet. I was having issues with my debit card and she was very patient with me. Then walks up Daisy. She sees that I’m having issues. She gets in her wallet and and pays for my groceries. I got really misty over that interaction. This made my day a little better. I hope management sees this and gives her kudos.

After sitting for a while, she was advised they couldn't bring groceries out because of "safety concerns due to lightning". This was while they were actively bringing out other peoples orders while providing that response. This was after the storm had already passed. She had to go inside to get the groceries. This place is probably the worst HEB in the state. Now its a struggle to even get your grocery pickup when the struggle before was getting the items that you paid for because they CONSTANTLY forgot to include items in your order that you paid for. My wife waited 20 mins inside after they walked everyone else out to their vehicle and helped them with their groceries. She then had to ask for a status update, they just handed her a cart…no offer to help like everyone else. Like I said, the worst one in Texas. Hands down. It’s sad.

I was looking for a lady minute gift for my son's birthday present, the have a lot of the gift bags made up, but he won't eat most of the stuff in the pre mades. I went and picked the things he would enjoy and they made an awesome gift for him. Thank you two so much! You are the best.
