  The girl that was working the deli yesterday late afternoon was very rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. She shouldn’t reflect her miserable personal problems to the customers. She’s bad vibe! She has tats on her arms and was preparing fried chicken.

  This review is for the Meat Department. There's an employee named Zane who works evenings at the meat counter that helped me out today. He was extremely professional, friend, and knowledgeable about his job, and the rest of the store. I feel like he deserves some recognition for his hard work, and great customer service. If you ever need help, I highly recommend asking for him.

  Don't have enough people to check people out with a long line with other employees walking around not able to help - that's a reflection of poor management and I felt bad for the poor lady stressed trying to handle the long line all by herself - they shouldn't do that to her.

  The pharmacy is the BEST. in Cleburne. They go above and beyond to get you low rates on co-pays for your medications. That's Voo, the sweet pharmacist in the picture. One medication was going to cost me $10. They did even better than GoodRx, and got it down to $4.82. They do all the work calling your doctor and figuring out refills! You don't have to do anything! Also, if you can't pay for your prescription right away, they will hold it for 13 days and renew it if you need more time. HEB only allows 10 days before they return it to stock and you can't extend that time. You have to call again for them to fill it again. The pharmacist Voo is so knowledgeable and kind. He makes sure you have an understanding before he gets off of the phone or goes to the next customer in line. He gives inside information about the prescription process so you know how things are moving along with your prescription. The whole team is nice and caring. Just like family. I tell them how much I appreciate them. At HEB, they are very cliquish. If you complain, they will find a way to dismiss you as a customer. As a healthcare worker, this is COMPLETELY unacceptable. Go to Albertsons, the co-pays are lower and you will be treated in an excellent, professional manner.
