  Too many kids running the place. Always out of order and waited over 15 min next to the drink window when 7 people were “working” laughing and making videos

  1355 on 8-13-2026. 3 cars in line. Ordered a hot coffee with 1/2 n 1/2. Little dude took forever to make. Comes out cold. How hard is it to follow the instructions. The girls get it right every time. 3 time to dudes have jacked it. Get with the program little fellas!

  Bri genuinely stands out every single time I come through. A few months ago I was having a horrible morning and leaving in tears, and she yelled the sweetest “GOOD MORNING!” to me with so much energy that it actually stuck with me. 😂 Since then, I always notice when she’s working because she has such a fun, welcoming personality and makes coming here feel a little more personal. I’ve definitely spent an embarrassing amount of money at 7 Brew at this point lol, but Bri is honestly a huge reason I keep coming back. 🤍

  Went to pick up a energy drink and my friend's birthday drink. And was able to get my friend's birthday drink for free which was a plus. They're always quick and the drinks are tasty!

  I came in today around 10:15 p.m. for coffee, and honestly the atmosphere was not great. One of our drinks was made incorrectly (which seems to happen almost every time we visit), so we had to ask for it to be remade. The employee who fixed it seemed to have an attitude about it. He was slamming things around, which made the experience uncomfortable. On top of that, when our drinks were brought out, no one told us which drink belonged to who, so we had to figure it out ourselves. Overall, the customer service was disappointing. I hope this can be addressed because it has happened more than once. Please do better.
