Was in line and they were super unorganized the girl was trying to zig zag between 2 cars and she got confused I guess and three cars behind me were serviced first then I got to the very front of line and the girl figured out she never came over to me I told her I placed in order before I got there and she just seemed super confused and it took forever and service was so blah no smile nothing and the drink just were not good tea was watered down so it tasted like flavored sugar water and the shake seemed super runny and thin if it was blended with half milk and water first time there wanted to see what the hype was about but super disappointed

We just grabbed 3 drinks one including a drink for my 3 year old, she happened not to like and when I asked Emma if we could switch it, and without a hesitation she said of course, not only that she recommended us something my daughter really loved. She definitely put a smile on my baby girls face. Thank you Emma for your sweet service ❤️

Was here on 9/11 ordered a banana bread, and a pumpkin roll shake, the banana bread was right however we received a cinnamon roll instead of a pumpkin roll, the lady even took our order knew what she did because she rushed me off and wouldn’t even make eye contact with me… if you don’t know how to do your job ask some one for help geeze
