  I have tried 15 times to your Cisco location and all I get is a message that their voicemail is not set up. What’s up with that

  Oh no no no. I don't know if they messed up our order on purpose and I hope they didn't tamper with our food. Ordered a smash burger and it only came with a dab of sauce small amount of onions and nothing else. Ordered a cherry limeade and got red sprite. No cherry no lime. My husband order the chicken sandwich... They just put meat on it and a couple of pickles 😡😡 he asked for cheese, tomato and lettuce, They weren't super busy to make those mistakes. Just a couple cars and us. So I feel like they did it on purpose. 😡😡 Im definitely calling corporate. Now don't even want to eat it for fear they did so wtii t to the order. This is unacceptable

  Time for another no BS review. Telling the truth helps a business, lies hurt it. The young lady either needs to be trained again or removed. 07/14/26 5:46 PM Want to drive through to pick up order. One drink and one blast. Arrived at window, a blonde haired girl said I had no order. I had to show her my phone. She turns around and asked if anyone had made the order. She finally made the order and then sat it down. At 5:54 she comes back to the window and hands me the order. She did not say have a good evening or anything else. She made me late for work. July 13 Time-4:15pm The blonde haired girl working the window needs to be retrained. Here's the reason. I was third vehicle in drive thru. She brought order to vehicle ahead of me. That vehicle did not leave but pulled up to the window and they sat there unnoticed for a few minutes. Girl notices, goes to window. The driver hands back the drinks and receives correct drinks. I reach the window and she begins to hand me my food then tries to hand me two Blast's that not part of order. She wanted to argue with me, I shown her my phone. Then she still tried to argue with me. She then looks at the screen and just says "Oh" then hands me the correct drinks. I looked into the sack and she says saying "everything is in there" with attitude. I dropped my wife's part of the order at the house and drove to work. The drinks she gave to the vehicle in front of me was part of order I was picking up. When I arrived at work I noticed the lid has a tear in it from someone jabbing a straw into it. I am not drinking from the cup and I had no time to turn around. I do have a picture of it.

  The three isses for us were. Missing item, dining room is no longer open which was our biggest issue, and I'm guessing at this sonic the restrooms are in closed off dining room.
