  Placed a mobile order. Food came out in a decent time but once we were home, we were missing one of our meals (which is fine, i can understand this happens) but my problem is when we called whoever we spoke to did not apologize for the mistake AND proceeded to place the blame on us for “leaving too quickly” after they realized their error. Would not offer a refund, instead said we can return to the store for a re-fire. Again I understand missing food will happen unfortunately but the way this person handled the situation by BLAMING US is terrible customer service.

  Truck in front of me received their drinks. Truck behind received their multiple drinks. I ordered ONE drink and was still skipped over. Mind you there was not another single customer on the premises. Terrible service. Left with out my drink due to not being a customer that seems to need to be taken care of. But the families were more important. Terrible.

  Waited in line for 20 minutes only to get asked twice through my window what my order was. I ordered two drinks and fries.. I felt bad for the team working there, but I think that this location may need to hire a few more employees

  We arrived around 8 pm on a Tuesday, there was only one car waiting when we got there. We pressed the button three times all three times it timed out so we left the parking spot and went through the drive-thru still no one took our order at the drive-thru after about 25 minutes total waiting and multiple other cars also waiting we left.
