  We arrived around 8 pm on a Tuesday, there was only one car waiting when we got there. We pressed the button three times all three times it timed out so we left the parking spot and went through the drive-thru still no one took our order at the drive-thru after about 25 minutes total waiting and multiple other cars also waiting we left.

  Waited 20 minutes for my food with nobody else in line. The employees were too busy hanging out with friends in the parking lot to take care of customers. Finally left without my food.

  Yikes. Too bad 0 stars isn’t an option. No one is held accountable here, the night manager & the actual gm. We had a mess up order this past week & the gm said “sorry we have a new cook” & offered to make it right, came back today & it took 45 MINUTES FOR A REMAKE ON 4 items. The night manager said “sorry we are busy” there were 2 cars on the lot. Then when we got the remade order 45 minutes later it was still made wrong AND cold!?!!!!!! The manager didn’t care she could only say “okay” & the gm once again said “sorry we have a new cook” this place has gone down hill completely. They definitely need training on ALL their employees & new management. Not to mention the manager was walking around with her hair like this!!!! I’m surprised no one has had hair in their food! Talk about health code violation!!!! Definitely save yourself the trouble & drive a little further to the 1103 & green valley location. Especially if you’re in a hurry or want your order made correctly. The manager didn’t like being told something & the gm didn’t take accountability for running his store like trash. I would be EMBARRASSED to be associated with this location with how badly it’s being ran.

  Worst service ever took 15 mins for 2 drinks I asked fir a slush with ice cream on top and instead of telling me no they can't they brought out a slush when I sent it back they brought it out with a spoon serving of ice cream and said if I wanted more they would have to charge me extra Plus both cups had holes in them
