  **5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** I stopped by my local Jimmy John's today and had one of the best experiences I've had at a sandwich shop in years. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel genuinely welcome. Isabelle was fantastic—she greeted me right away, helped me with my order and explained the JJ Rewards membership, and clearly explained how I earned a **free sandwich** just for joining. Her enthusiasm and helpfulness set the perfect tone. Mike and Kevin were also working and contributed to the smooth, friendly service throughout my visit. The shop itself is spotless. The food preparation areas and all surfaces were visibly clean and well-maintained, which gave me full confidence in the freshness of my order. My made-to-order sub was absolutely delicious—packed with fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and exactly what I wanted. It’s easily the best-tasting, freshest sub I’ve had in a long time. Jimmy John's has quickly become my new go-to spot for a quick, healthy grab-and-go meal. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in—you won’t be disappointed.   Alright I've had enough of this. Who was working 06/17/2026 at around 12:45 and made my sandwich it was a #9 Toasted regular no tomato. This is the second time you have done this. Its amazing, crispy but not overly toasted, no other location does this usually they are a little soggy or soft bread, I'm serious. I only want to but this sandwich made just like this. What gives?

  I'm a huge Jimmy John's fan and was thrilled that they now have a location on FM 1103. Too bad the service sucked.... My husband stopped at Jimmy Johns today, paid for 2 combos, and dealt with a rude server/cashier. He realized when he got home that they left out the chips. He returned to the store and let them know what happened. The worker who had served him (Taylor) literally laughed at him. My husband then spoke with the supervisor / manager who basically said "ok". No apology, nothing. Pretty shitty service considering the amount of competition in this area. Will probably take my business to Jersey Mike's now.
