  I'm a huge Jimmy John's fan and was thrilled that they now have a location on FM 1103. Too bad the service sucked.... My husband stopped at Jimmy Johns today, paid for 2 combos, and dealt with a rude server/cashier. He realized when he got home that they left out the chips. He returned to the store and let them know what happened. The worker who had served him (Taylor) literally laughed at him. My husband then spoke with the supervisor / manager who basically said "ok". No apology, nothing. Pretty shitty service considering the amount of competition in this area. Will probably take my business to Jersey Mike's now.

  Would give a negative zero if possible! Arrived to eat only to be told there was a wait due to no bread and it would be a 35 minute wait! WTH????? How do you NOT make enough bread? Make it make sense! So no one noticed the bread stock was low and used common sense to begin baking more bread ? When we arrived 2 other customers were waiting and the location wasn't busy...IJS...then others began to arrive then the time went to 45 minutes! We left after that announcement AWFUL and UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

  Bought 4 sandwiches, all very tasty. Attentive, friendly staff. Our order was ready when we got there--ordered on-line for asap pick up.

  12/15 440 pm Never going there again felt really annoyed by the Black Star on the guy at the teller not explaining how the stupid menu works First and last time to Jimmy John's I don't even want to eat my sandwich I'm going to give it to my dog

  Went drive through, every 5 seconds the guy keeps asking me, " do you want anything else?" Like yeah man If you would stop talking and let me place an order that would be great. Then of course, like every other Jimmy John's, they dont put the avocado on my sandwich. Smh.
