While I was checking out cow tongue, one employee asked another, “Do you know what that is?” and the response was simply, “Ew.” That kind of reaction is unprofessional and disrespectful. If your own employees are visibly disgusted by items you sell, it reflects poorly on your store and its standards. I’ve been a loyal customer of at the Kitty Hawk location for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. Unfortunately, my first visit to the Cibolo store left me very upset. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff professionalism.

If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have never known this pie existed. All I know is my HEB never disappoints me and Trinity if you see this you should definitely give it a try 🫡
- KRKathy RoyApr 10, 20263.0Please don’t get me wrong, I love HEB especially the curbside with I’ve been using since 2017. However as of lately I’ve been getting spoiled meat. Very disappointing and not sure if I will continue to use curbside. Had a pickup on 4/8/26 and just found that one of the meats is spoiled, this is the 2nd time this has happened. Although Walmart is literally a 1 minute drive I always choose HEB hands down, guess I need to re-think my decision.
