  I came in on my lunch break and ordered a chicken asada burrito. A few bites in, I bit down on something extremely hard. I pulled it out of my mouth and it was a metal SCREW an actual screw, embedded in my food. I’m shaking just writing this. I could have choked, or swallowed it. This isn’t a minor mistake; it’s a serious safety failure, and it makes me question the basic sanitation and food-handling standards at this location. What makes it worse is the response or lack of one. I’ve called corporate and emailed them. No apology, no acknowledgment that a customer nearly injured themselves eating their product. I want a full refund, a formal response from management, and confirmation that this location is being investigated so it doesn’t happen to someone else, maybe a child next time. I’ll update this review if and when someone actually takes responsibility.

  To start just fire everyone in here except the blonde girl. If I had the option to go to another location I would. I come here at least once a week and every single time I have a terrible experience. Unwelcoming atmosphere I get dirty looks when I walk in whispers coming from the back and it’s bc they know I come in and have a terrible experience every time. Every single person in there is so rude. There has not been one time where I didn’t have to wait for them to cook more Barbacoa bc it’s empty every time I walk in. I’ve also twice now waited for the food bc me and my bf both get barbacoa and they come out with fresh food but it ends up not being enough for both of us so we have to wait for them to drop more again. Also multiple times I’m getting huge chunks of barbacoa not broken up and super fatty so half my meat is inedible. I love chipotle but god this location sucks they need to shut down for a week and train a whole new staff cuz I hate going in there. Tonight I go in there was barely enough barb for both of us so we asked how long on fresh barb and the cook goes you sure you don’t want this I cooked it like an hour ago. Like I asked for fresh food why would I want food that got cooked an hour ago and nevertheless it wouldn’t of been enough for both bowls anyway so they had to cook more regardless. Also not sure if she’s the GM but she’s in a collard shirt so I’m assuming so, she has bad customer service as well and we watched her eat off the line which is so unsanitary. I’m a GM at another business so I know how a business should run and overall this place is terrible and that’s why yall have 2.9 star reviews. I’ve also contacted hr about the situation multiple times and it’s like I can never actually speak to the manager or get a full refund from this place. I spend 30 dollars everytime for subpar food and terrible customer service from every person in there doesn’t matter what time of the day it is either👎🏻

  Every single time i place an order they always give small portions and always mess up my orders because when i order i order for me and family. They need to shut dish this place or need better management.

  your staff who worked the shift at 5pm on friday afternoon 8/21 were rude and acted like they did not want to work and were rushing on wrapping burritos and making bowls when it was only two customers. SPECIFICALLY, the one with the full face of makeup.

  Everytime I go here it's always something. Whether there's something missing, extreme long wait times for preordered food. This place is trash and needs better management
