  Keep hoping someday it will get better but it just keeps getting worse every time. 30 minute wait today because they where supposedly cooking fries. The fries and the food we got where cold and soggy and very nasty. The cheese tator tots had what they called Chilli on them even though I did not order it on them. Most nasty food I have ever had anywhere. I guess that's what I get for going back and trying them again. I think i learned my lesson this time. Just hope I dont get sick now!

  Food was fine. Both drinks were not as ordered. They did make one right but the other was brought home before I knew. It was ok...just not exactly right.

  DoorDash order done incorrectly again at the China Spring location. Most of my orders have had issues. I asked for NO cheese, extra bacon, and add tomatoes on my toaster sandwich. None of this was done.

  Every time I’ve been to this sonic either the food isn’t cooked or something ain’t right with the order, I’ve gotten uncooked eggs, tator tots, burger patties, jalapeño poppers, mozzarella sticks. This isn’t good for anybody to be eating or spending their money on. There hasn’t been a time I’ve been to this sonic and not gotten Atleast one item food uncooked. Something really needs to change here whether new staff or someone there making sure they’re actually doing their jobs because this is unruly on so many levels and someone is allowing it to go on. Respectfully everyone working at ChinaSprings Sonic needs a job that doesn’t involve cooking food.

  Love their food but they like to skimp out a lot. Ordering a large of anything is almost always equivalent to a small. 😅
