  Employees looked so confused when handing out orders. We stopped here passing through for lunch/breakfast. I got my daughter chicken nuggets for lunch and myself an iced coffee for breakfast. They handed me the wrong order. I corrected it. Got my coffee extremely watered down and the coffee had a metallic/burnt taste, which tells me they don’t keep their coffee machines very clean. I dumped it and lost my money on it. Service was served cold, but at least the line was moving.

  Slow service doesnt matter if its drive thru, walk in, or order ahead you will always wait 20 to 30 minutes for your order. Employees completely ignore customers in the lobby even elderly people and those who cannot use the kiosk instead they post a sign saying Sorry Only Kiosk. Will not respond to customers or drivers. Just crew of 10 people back there accomplishing nothing that either dont speak English or refuse to. They will leave DD drivers in the lobby while your food gets cold on the back counter all the while laughing joking and acting as if they have no work ethic or job responsibilities. Worst Mcds I have ever been to.
