Ordered 2 blizzards and they were more like soft serve, they were already melting when they handed them to us

Very dirty throughout the whole establishment. The cashier got our order (did make it right). And the food was sub par. The "Grilled Chicken salad" was not worth it. Just iceberg lettuce, a few tomatoes, shredded and chicken. Way to expensive for the quality we received.

If you have 45 minutes to an hour to wait in line, then this is the place for you. This is the slowest Dairy Queen. I have ever been to the menu monitor doesn’t work at the drive-through. Everybody walks around like they’re stoned no hurry, under staff one of the worst Dairy Queen’s I’ve ever been to for sure.

I was asked if I wanted a drink with my meal. When I said yes and asked for a DP, I was told that they are under a boil notice so they don't have fountain drinks. Probably should have lead of with that.

Service is so slow. Wont make cars with bigger orders pull around. And all i want is a little bit of ice cream. Edit: thought id try again. My butt is hanging in the street and im.fourth car back. Cant get out because im blocked in. Tried calling the store and they wont answer the phone. Service here sucks.
