Before I could even place my order, I stood waiting for about five minutes for an employee to take it. There were two employees present, and both seemed to be deliberately avoiding me, despite clearly seeing that I was waiting. I ordered a new sandwich with meat and onions. I attached a photo to show what it looked like in the advertisement. After the first bite, I immediately felt something disgusting in my mouth. I have nothing against cooked onions, but not when there is more onion than meat. Onion should be used sparingly as a flavor enhancer, not as the main ingredient. The sandwich was prepared terribly. The French fries were unpleasant as well — bitter and overcooked, which suggests that the oil they were fried in had not been changed for a very long time.
