Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- THTanya HowardJul 2, 20262.0Got our order and the fries were hard and cold. Looked at their fry area and they had several fries prepackaged sitting there. Asked for fresh fries and had to wait for a certain employee to come back. Waited 5 minutes for fries to be dropped. Meanwhile they are serving customers the fries that has been sitting out in warmer. When fries were done, they mixed them with fries sitting in fry bin. Disappointed

She appeared to have a disposition when I asked, and couldn’t even say thank you or greet a paying and patient customer. My food was “warm” and due to fear of retaliation, I chose not to come back and address it. Please, Management team, and franchise owner, discuss the importance of integrity and good customer service techniques to your staff.
