  I dont EVER write reviews but I felt the need to. I just picked up a chicken alfredo pasta and large meat lovers with cheese stuff crust. This is my 3rd time giving this pizza hut a chance and I was extremely dosappointed, the pizza is never done right. Super thin, no sauce at all, dry and hard. Extreme disappointment after a long day at work and a long day for my kids at daycare, all they were looking forward to was the pizza. The last time I ordered here I let them know I was there to pick up, waited over an hour and my pizza was ready the whole time 💔

  I had came with my wife at 10:41 P.m we were ordering and being nice to the cashier and she was talking to us so mean her name it's Angelica and she was talking with a bad language to the others employees as well

  My pizza was good &the wait I’m used to this Pizza Hut taking a while, so trust me I am ok with the wait as long as it’s what I ask for. BUT TODAY I had the worse customer service from the “general manager” Fran was AWFUL to customers and her employee! I understand working under pressure can be stressful BUT acting stressed makes it worse for you work environment!! The way she was talking to customers was a big no for me and the way she was talking to her employee is what also caught me! My order was done and on the table for about 8 minutes I had waited 40 min and when I saw my order was there all I asked was “can you check if that’s my order it’s been in the table for a while” AND THE GM FRAN says to me “you need to calm down, I will get to it” like first of all I calmly asked to check if it was my order second of all I didn’t a cold pizza and third of all there was no need for her to answer in a rude manner when I calmly asked a simple question. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO BE REVIEWED! AND THE WAY SHE TALKS TO HER TEAM!
