Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
I absolutely loved the customer service!! All my food was fresh and neatly made. The drive thru employee Ximena was very sweet and professional. We will definitely come again!!!

Yesterday I watched a customer berate several staff members. The manager on duty and every staff member conducted themselves with professionalism. Even though they were getting cussed out, they responded with kindness and respect. I was impressed by their professionalism in the face of such vitriol.

I am writing this on behalf of my mother Nancy, her and her friend Ellen are both elderly, but they love Whataburger and they live in Chandler Texas. The last few times I’ve been to Whataburger. They have been disappointed, but they had hopes that they had gotten better since it’s been a few months since they have been there. Today was the worst experience The Whataburger Junior, they receive the meat was dried out and hard they couldn’t even but threw it, and the french fries were cold and for elderly person to go and spend their money when they’re on a budget on something they love just to be disappointed is really truly horrible and this should not happen to an elderly person or anyone else things are so expensive in today’s times and you should get good quality for the money that you’re paying not to be able to go home and have to throw away your mail that you receive through the drive-through because it could not!
