  Cashier was friendly. Waiting on food was miserable. Barely any options/ nothing has been refilled since sitting here. I am about to just leave.

  I went through the drive thru and it was AWESOME! Megan helped me pick my ingredients and was so so sweet and kind! I had a chance to speak with the mgr on duty to compliment her service and the excellent pizza! I got the 3 topping large $10 deal! If you haven’t tried them go!

  We live a 7 minute drive, approximately 5 miles, from this Pizza Hut. To start, the lady who answered the phone was screaming “Ma, I need help…” when we called - it was blaring my ear drum. She was completely ignorant regarding the steps it takes to place a delivery order. Then, the manager, Chelsea, got on to state “We don’t deliver more than 20 minutes away, but I’ll allow it THIS time.” I stated “We live less than 10 minutes from your store ma’am and have never had an issue receiving delivery service from this location.” It was extremely unprofessional, considering she didn’t even look into the distance of our home location prior to “trying to decline serving us”. Then, we were told “We don’t take $100 bills, but I’ll allow it THIS time.” I stated “You can bring a counterfeit pen, we won’t be offended.” It was very uncomfortable from the start. I feel as though this manager lacked professionalism and proper customer service methods. The whole call was back and forth. I felt like I had to debate and beg for food. The delivery driver deserves 5 stars, as she was patient, kind, and very timely. We definitely tipped her, as she more than deserved it. We probably won’t order delivery from this location again, unless we are certain Chelsea is not on the clock. The GM has always been kind and never complained about the distance. I also want to add that we spent $65 for this order, so all we had was a hundred dollar bill.
