I kid you not I have pieces that are 2 inches and others 6 inches and BOTH are cut horribly. THEN I ordered chicken and there’s none on the pizza….i called and they said they were out of chicken. This has been the most frustrating pizza order process I’ve ever had lol. Will not be returning and wasted so much money here.

I called my order in over the phone because I live about 15 minutes away and wanted to make things easier since my toddler was with me and already upset and hungry. When I arrived, I was told that I had somehow “messed up” my order through the app — except I never placed the order through the app. I specifically called it in over the phone. The employee who initially spoke with me was actually very kind and professional, and I appreciated that. However, when the manager came to the window with my order, I calmly explained that I was frustrated because my toddler had been screaming in the car and the whole reason I called ahead was to make the process quick and smooth. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager became dismissive. When I politely asked for his name, he refused to give it to me, shut the drive-thru window in my face, and sarcastically told me to “have a good day.” At that point, I went inside because I felt the interaction was completely inappropriate. Thankfully, his supervisor happened to be there and was extremely kind, respectful, and professional. I explained the situation to him, including how I had been spoken to, and he handled everything the right way and made the situation right. I understand mistakes happen, and I’m not upset about the order issue itself. What bothered me was the way the situation was handled and the level of disrespect shown by someone in a management position. I also want to say thank you to the supervisor whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. He treated me with kindness and professionalism, and I truly appreciated the way he handled the situation. I will not be posting the manager’s name because I don’t feel that would be respectful, but I do genuinely believe the way the manager handled the situation was inappropriate and unprofessional. Thank God the supervisor was there and I hope the manager learned a valuable lesson on how to just be kind to customers.

I didn't check until I was 15 miles out of town and got the wrong pizza, so I went back the next day with the unedible to me pizza and the receipt. Manager "calls" the GM or OWNER? and says "sorry" too bad. You have to return it the same night. I ask to speak to the GM and told "HE" won't talk to me and I can't have the correct pizza I paid for! I get a cop to assist me in speaking to the GM and the GM files a trespassing warning against me instead of apologizing and getting me the right pizza. AND the owner shows up but watches from his car instead of talking to me and making things right!!!
