  Ordered on app.... never showed up nut they charged me... trying to get refund but they will only hang up on me... waited 9ver an hour and still nothing... cant even contact the actual store... its some remote office in another country... oh and thanks for hanging up linda and simon...

  Done a door dash dasher was perfect food like warm pizza was gummy crust was hard the Boneless wings was hard no way u could bite into them. I called let them know the food had been delivered but told me they couldn't do anything call door dash. Then wanna give me $5 credit hmmm no refund or let me remake it for u very RUDE. No one wants GUMMY Pizza or Hard Boneless wings .....

  The pizza was way overdone. There was almost no sauce and a very thin application of cheese. It was supposed to have extra mushrooms but it didn’t. This was the worst experience we ever had at this restaurant.

  We were in town for a memorial, we ordered a pizza to be delivered to our hotel. It took several attempts just to get the pizza ordered! They kept transferrring us to the call center, then would put us on hold and transfer us back to the store! After we finally got our pizza ordered, guess what?? NO PIZZA.. after waiting an hour we decided to call to see what was going on? Guess what? We got transferred yet again, numerous times, back and forth to the call center and then back to the store. (Seriously, you can’t make this up) when we finally got ahold of someone they told us something failed and the order was cancelled? Like what?? You’re kidding me right? This is one of the worst delivery services I have ever encountered. Go somewhere else because trust me! It isn’t worth your time, and apparently they really don’t want ya to have your pizza! Worse franchise ever. Why they are still in business is beyond me.. horrible, horrible , horrible!

  Ordered a pizza for delivery and it never came. Called them numerous times and was put on hold each time. I have never had any trouble with other pizza hut. Center Texas Pizza Hut is the worst and should lose their franchise.
