I love Taco Bell. It is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy. I didn’t think it was possible to really mess it up but the Celina location proves me wrong time and again. The problem is not the ingredients, it is the staff. I’m not saying fast food staff needs to be over the moon about the position, but have some sort of pride in your craft, you are doing the Lords work!
They are slow, they mess up orders constantly, and they are lazy. The inconsistency (portions/quality) is wild and when you pull up to the window, it is clear that your presence is a bother to them.
There are many wonderful Taco Bell’s out there (Preston/Stonebrook and Eldorado/Tollway), and I’m not exactly proud that I know where all the “good” Taco Bell’s are - hold your judgement, BUT Celina’s is not among the “good” list. If I’m craving the goods, I will go out of my way to find another besides this one. Do better.

Stay away from the chicken nuggets. Had to be the nastiest ones ever. You couldn't chew them they were so HARD. And good luck finding any chicken in them nuggets. Hard, cold and no flavor. I would of been better off eating at a gas station...
It is hit or miss on service. Chips in nachos are often old/stale. They ask if you want to round up your amount; however, the display in the drive thru never shows the details of your order or your total bill. And you always have to ask further your receipt. Why?
This is the dirtiest and most unfriendly Taco Bell I’ve experienced. They consistently get orders wrong, often including meat in vegetarian items. I urge Taco Bell corporate to investigate this location, take corrective action, and consider new ownership to uphold the brand’s standards.
