Do not order ahead, it means nothing to them. Manager has a list of excuses instead of trying to communicate.

Papa Johns has one of the most frustrating delivery systems I’ve experienced. If you don’t have enough drivers to handle your orders, outsourcing deliveries to DoorDash should not result in customers having to wait 45 minutes after their food is already prepared. I ordered two pizzas, and they were apparently ready quickly, yet they sat waiting for a DoorDash driver who was handling multiple orders. I understand that delivery drivers have multiple orders and that things happen, but the customer shouldn’t have to pay delivery fees and then receive cold or unnecessarily delayed food because of how the delivery system is structured. There also needs to be better communication and accountability between Papa Johns and its third-party delivery partners. The driver information shown through DoorDash did not match the person who actually delivered the order, which was confusing and concerning. This isn’t a complaint about one individual driver. It’s a complaint about the system. If Papa Johns is going to use third-party delivery services, the process needs to ensure that orders are picked up promptly, delivered in a reasonable amount of time, and accurately tracked. This was a very frustrating experience, and Papa Johns needs to seriously look at how its delivery system is being handled.

Poor customer service! THEY made a mistake and delivered the wrong order and I was told they couldn’t send me the correct order because I ordered through UberEats. Never had a business create a problem and then do nothing to resolve it.

Very slow. Order from Dominos or Little Caesar’s next time. After an hour and a half from my order I called to check on the late status and was told 5-10 more minutes. Ending up being 20. Is 2 pizzas really worth a 2 hour wait for delivery? No thank you.
