  Seriously what is wrong with chipotle, I swear anything similar has blown chipotle out of the water in every single department. Was hoping new Celina location they would figure it out, nope. Ordered take out, no silverware, no napkins, jarritos bottle soda didn’t even offer to open as they are not twist off, food went everywhere in the bag because they didn’t even attempt to put the container on properly, not to include the portions are made for an infant child because these lazy practices and employees exist for an awful company. I truly hope this company goes in the hole fast so we can get a real restaurant like Qdoba.

  Food portion was extreme low. Being vegetarian usually all other locations they provide enough to fill the bowl since paying outrageous 13$ just for veggies. I ordered two bowl and both were literally half filled. Also employees didn’t care while serving rice with scrapping metal Bowl where you have nothing to scoop into. Didn’t even care to get new bowl of rice to serve. And since it’s new I had to wait in long line.

  Wonderful staff. People are treating this place as if it's not a community of youth coming together to run this new restaurant! Seeing the complaints about workers being slow when the place just opened is upsetting. The past few days I've driven by there is a line out the door! Of course you'll have to wait your turn. The employees are very patient and understanding. They never seemed to rush or negative, and whenever i go in they seem giggly and kind. The salads are great!! Food is fresh. Keep it going. 💗💗💗

  Five stars without hesitation. I stopped by the new Chipotle around 7:30 p.m. this week, fully expecting a long wait after seeing the line wrapped through the restaurant. Instead of being frustrated, I had the chance to watch the team in action and I was genuinely impressed. Every single employee was working incredibly hard. The crew on the line, the kitchen staff, the team cleaning, the drive-thru employees, and especially the manager were all hustling nonstop. What stood out most was the manager, who was right there alongside the team bagging orders, greeting every customer with a smile, making eye contact, thanking people for coming in, and repeating orders back to ensure everything was correct. By the time I reached the counter, I could tell the team was busy and under pressure, but every employee still smiled, acknowledged each customer, and did their best to serve great food. My order was accurate, the food came out piping hot, and the quality was excellent. Opening a new restaurant—especially one this busy—is no small feat, and this team should be proud of what they’ve accomplished. It’s refreshing to see a restaurant where the employees clearly care, the manager leads by example, and customers are treated well even during the busiest part of the evening. We’re so happy to finally have a Chipotle on this side of town!!!! If this is what opening week looks like, I can only imagine how great they’ll be once things settle in. This will definitely become our go-to spot. Great food, great people, and a fantastic first impression.

  I wanted to leave a 5-star review for Zach because his hard work and hospitality really stood out. I stopped in earlier in the morning by myself, then came back later in the evening with my kids, and both times I noticed Zach working nonstop. He was helping in the back of the kitchen, working the line, and even cleaning tables. On top of doing a little bit of everything, he was seriously so nice and provided amazing hospitality. He genuinely seemed like one of the hardest-working people in the building. I hope Chipotle recognizes the amount of work he puts in because employees like Zach make a big difference in the customer experience. Looking forward to my next visit!
