  Had an amazing experience here! The food is great, but the service is even better. Micheal took such great care of us, and his extra effort made our day. Highly recommend stopping by!

  Reggie and staff were very welcoming, the very definition of southern hospitality, food was fresh and still steaming by the time I got it home to enjoy. Would definitely go back just to enjoy Reggie’s company!

  Very disappointing experience. The fries were undercooked, soggy, and greasy. They lacked any crispiness and tasted like they weren’t cooked properly. The wings were even worse—bland, flavorless, and honestly some of the worst wings I’ve ever had. They did not represent what you would expect from good American-style wings. What makes this even more frustrating is that I bought food for my wife, my daughters, and myself. By the time we got home and realized how bad everything was, it would have required another 20-minute drive just to go back and have it corrected. That’s simply unreasonable for a meal that should have been prepared correctly in the first place. Overall, a very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time and money. I would not return based on this visit.

  I put an order in through Uber eats. Received my order with no issues. When I sat down to eat my food my fries had zero seasoning when I asked for extra, as well as zero seasoning on my wings just tiny pepper flakes ( I asked for lemon pepper). Even my co-workers agree they are not seasoned. I called and was hung up on when I had just wanted to tell them that they made a mistake. I do not appreciate spending 20-30 dollars on unseasoned food and then being hung up one. Now I'm only 20 years old and never complain about anything but this was just nasty behavior. I won't be buy wing stop for a while now.

  On Thursday around 11/11:30 I was in the area and wanted to stop and get food for my kids. When we walked in originally the employees seemed to be already running behind. A worker came in , and she seemed like she was concerned on the lobby’s condition and order’s running behind. From what it seemed, it looked like she was just trying to help get customers orders out the way. There was a tall guy before she came in that didn’t seem to care about the rush. All I saw was while she was checking out the person in front of me, he handed her the phone. What happened next I was in disbelief. Whoever was on the phone was HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE. The curse words that my children heard were unspeakable.I felt bad for the lady that was at the store working. No one should have to tolerate that type of language and I was so flustered I grabbed my kids and left. After trying to contact management. Still haven’t heard back to file a complaint.
