Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- JPJudah Pulley4 days ago1.0terrible customer service. workers have no consideration for customers. mess up orders , food was mid. not my first time getting a bad order/experience. genuinely don’t understand how this place stays open. I waited almost 40 minutes just to get a burger that looked like it lost a fight. The fries were cold and soggy, the burger was slapped together like nobody cared, and half my order was missing actually they gave me double. When I asked about it, the employees acted like I was inconveniencing them for wanting the food I literally paid for. The drink tasted flat, the tables were dirty, and the whole experience felt chaotic. I usually love Whataburger, but this location completely killed the vibe. If you’re hungry, honestly just go somewhere else and save yourself the disappointment.”
