Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Because they are new theu don't quite have there system down yet.

My most favorite burger place. I've been eating here for many years and it seems like the quality is slipping. Got some burgers for my family this past weekend and the quality isn't the way it used to be. Hot and fresh is best. I want to keep coming back but only if the quality is better. Please help with the quality and I'll be back every week for sure 😊

I observed quincy working so hard to ensure that our food was fresh. His service was exceptional!

Me and my friend came through the drive-thru for some food. We then got the wondrous opportunity to speak to the very kind and whinsical Rene, she truly brightened our experience and made our nights by conversating with us and making us laugh. She made sure our order was complete to perfection and we left very happy and eager for our next visit. Thank you Rene again for the amazing conversation.

Update: Please please speak to your Early Bird staff especially the lady with her hair down and winter hat. She goes outside sits on the floor and does I don't know what then walks inside, and doesn't wash her hands, the store can be busy and filthy, yet she'll be wandering off starring at the sealing. So unhelpful, and her personal hygiene is scary, I'm sorry but her uniform standards+ the lack of cleanliness in this restaurant speaks loudly on the leadership standards (or lack there of).
Waiting 45 minutes in the drive-thru one time, pushed me to go inside and lose my appetite. It was disgusting.
There is never a clean table in this dining room. The kitchen view is filthy, and while the team members are friendly and polite, they are constantly rushing all over the place—except in the dining room. Meanwhile, the "adult" on duty sits in the office and comes out when knocked on, with their phone in hand (doesn't wash his hands) watching a show while customers wait 30 minutes.
Sorry to have bothered your staff. I'll leave so everyone can get back to what they get paid for, which seems to be using their phones, ignoring handwashing, not cleaning, and looking the other way. The food was terrible at that point anyway: burnt meat, old fries, soggy hash browns, discolored eggs, expired tea, and moldy ice. ☹️ DO BETTER, I'm embarrassed.
