  Southern Steer Butcher absolutely knocked it out of the park! The bulgogi was savory and packed with flavor, the jalapeño poppers were stuffed to perfection, and the steak bites were absolutely incredible! Everything was delicious, and you can really taste the quality. If you haven’t stopped by yet, you’re missing out! We’ll definitely be back!

  This is the best addition to the northern territories since I’ve moved to the area. A real butcher with premium choices and neighborhood vibe. We get fresh protein weekly and have tried something new every week since they’ve been open. I trust the team with recommendations and I try to get a pointer from the main man Chef Boyer Derise every visit. See y’all Tuesday!

  My first visit- I got the garlic/herb marinated steak and the parm marinated chicken. I cooked both in the oven and they turned out amazing! I made the steak well done and it was still tender and juicy. My son could not get enough of either one. I will be going back to try the other marinades.

  Our neighbors raved about this butcher shop and now I know why! We tried the steakhouse steak tips and my son said it was the best steak he ever had. Can’t wait to go back!

  What a find! Bought amazing cuts of pork chops and husband smoked them tonight. They were the perfect balance of fat and meat and so tender. I have bratwurst for tomorrow! They have an amazing selection of fresh cut, frozen and marinated meats ready to cook. Also a great selection of prepared foods and other amazing offerings. Their staff was knowledgable and very friendly. Congratulations!
