  I went to Sonic on Cypress Creek yesterday to get a chocolate cherry Dr. Pepper because my favorite place was closed. But I know Sonic has really good drinks. So I got out of my vehicle to stretch my legs and I kind of went in the middle under the awning to order and I have to say I was impressed. It was very clean. It looks like it had upgraded benches which I really liked and there was plenty of space. I ordered my chocolate cherry Dr. Pepper and the lady who brought it out was very nice. She had great customer service. She was very sweet. I really enjoyed her customer service. I asked for a napkin and she went and got me one. No issues, no attitude. Just being a very professional lady who seemed to really enjoy working there and I appreciate that.

  Took almost 45 minutes to just get Tater Tots and an ice cream.. thats insane. Thankfully the server was very nice. But still what's going on here?

  Honestly a 10/10 sonic, they don't have em this nice where I live. Ate here twice so far, love the banana shake.

  I am sad that Sonic's quality has gone down. I remember Sonic growing up as the best burgers in town. I ordered a double burger and was charged for it but what I got was a regular burger with cold tots. I tried to call but goes straight to voicemail. Not happy I got cheated in money and service.
