  We have been to this location only a few times. Today is the last time we will visit this store. Please train your billing staff to embrace diversity. Sadly, the racial stares happen every time we go to this store and we have learned to ignore it, but today one of your billing staff switched places with another staff member, just to avoid us at checkout. He looked at us uncomfortably a few times when we were in line. When it was our turn, he called out to another staff member and said " I think I heard someone calling my name" and just left the counter. The other lady (Latin American) took over and checked us out at the counter. This kind of behavior is so irrelevant and obnoxious for 21st century and totally unacceptable. Even my children who were with me noticed and were shocked at this kind of discrimination. It has never happened to us anywhere else in the 20+ years that we have lived here. I have not mentioned the name of the staff member, because that is not my intent to embarrass anyone. Hopefully you can educate your billing staff to treat all future customers with equal respect. I have to mention though that the meat section staff are always kind and courteous.

  You know, I wouldn't usually rate a grocery store, and ya know what...they've stepped it up. They have some really great deals going on. I've always thought of them as pretty over-priced, and if you shop their deals, I think they have many beat. I'll go back more often now, just to see.

  So I was just at this store to pick up a couple items and after grabbing a pork loin I noticed 3 yellow sale signs posted under 3 tiers of Royal applewood smoked bacon. All 3 signs showed the same pricing of 2 for $7 or $4.49 each. Thought that’s a good deal I’ll try it out. I double checked before picking up a couple of packages. Get to self checkout and they ring up at $4.49 each no discount at all. Asked cashier why not ringing up at the correct price and she asked me to go back and take a picture of the stupid sale signage. Sorry not wasting my time running back and forth through the store because y’all can’t get your pricing correct. Asked the cashier to please remove the items and just bought the pork loin and eggs I needed now. Kind of seems like a bit of a con job to me. Let’s post a sale price and see if anyone notices they didn’t get the discount. Good job guys. Thanks for encouraging me to finally try the new Aldis just a bit down the road

  Come on Randalls, get with the times. I called to see if you had a certain product and a staff member told me they have no way to search a product other than physically walking through the store to look. She was very polite but wow. Also, hire some cashiers! It's ridiculous at this location. Every time I go, there is a line of frustrated people standing in the way of shoppers as they wait to check themselves out.

  Most things here are more expensive sticker price than HEB, but using the Randalls forU app can get you better deals than HEB. I recommend only shopping here if you get good deals, because when I went it felt dark and dystopian compared to HEB. Produce was worse quality, cashiers were weird, and they had a couple of homeless people hanging out screaming and laughing loudly in front of the store. At least it wasn't as crazy busy as HEB.
