Took advantage of their buy 2 get 2 12 packs of soda only to find that you had to have the app in order to get that discount. $24 lesson as a reminder to never shop there. There's a reason there's always a good parking spot.

I’m so happy to be moving so this isn’t my closest grocery store anymore. EXPIRED FOOD!! BUYERS BEWARE, one last warning. I get expired food EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I get grocery pickup and every single time I call, a bunch of phone tag until I eventually get hung up on. Shameful location. Nasty produce and nasty expired product. Check your dates if you MIST shop here. Grocery pickup today gave me rotten brown grapes and bread that expired two days ago. Final straw and I’ll never give this location again. I’ll also be reaching out to district since no one wants to give us the time of day here. :)

- JWJames WhiteMay 27, 20262.0The store is always very smelly, like mildly rotten meat. One time I went, near the coffee aisle, it literally smelled like someone pooped on the floor or something. It was strong and horrible. It just never smells like a clean, fresh grocery store when you enter or walk around. Multiple times I've accidentally purchased items that were very out of date. Latest example was a jug of cranberry juice that I discovered was over a month expired after bringing it home. Items are typically 10-20% more expensive than HEB with less selection. Pros are that Randalls does have good sales such as BOGO sales which are nice. I also like their curbside pickup which is fast and easy compared to HEB's which can take over 15-20 minutes on very busy days. If they deep clean the store to get rid of whatever that lingering stinky smell is I would be more likely to stop by and shop for sale items.
