  Waited almost an hour for my meal. When it finally arrived, the order was completely wrong and several items were missing. I complained about the sandwich, and at no point did they apologize for their mistakes. They brought me another sandwich, but it was cold. Completely unacceptable!

  This location has the absolute rudest staff. Had a mobile order that was paid for and the manager kept rolling her eyes and complaining that I wanted my order. Didn’t even get a toy in the happy meal that was ordered. They literally THREW the food at me!!! Will never come back to this location

  Siempre que vengo al turno de la mañana el personal que está atendiendo es demasiado grosera, odioso y mal educado, ya esto me ha pasado varias veces pero hoy fueron mucho mas... La comida siempre excelente pero fallan en el personal que nos atiendo con mala gana y son irrespetuosos, se nos quitan las ganas de ir a este lugar.....

  the owner just sent me the same link that mcdonald’s never responded to earlier today… genuine waste of time. if you the owner can’t make it right then i will be reporting this establishment to the better buisness bureau and dispute this charge on my credit card this monday. ordered curbside. had missing items in my order. had to call the location 4 times during a non busy time to get a response. staff proceeding to be rude, condescending and argue with me over receiving a refund for the missing items i paid for (stealing btw) I will be contacting the better businesses bureau if this isn’t solved by monday and disputing the charge with my bank. this isn’t the first time this location has made order issues and then proceeded to have staff be rude and argumentative with customers who paid. not one did i hear an apology for the poor service either.

  Well its McDonald's so you dont expect great food. But served with some level of warmth would be nice. But the real problem that i experience at this store is that it is filthy. Everytime I come there isnt a single table that is clean. Food and trash all over the place. Its disgusting. I literally have to clean my own table when I come. The last time I was here I mentioned it to one of the employees at the counter. His response was that they were busy. There was one other couple in the store. I guess teenagers can't be held responsible for not caring. But the manager should be replaced. Anyway, I wont come back here. Ill drive 20 minutes out of my way. I dont come often. Once every 2 months because my granddaughter likes the play area. Which is also filthy. Very disappointing.
