So after finally getting where I need to, to speak with corporate, all I get is the email(see pic). Not even a coupon or something.

Came back here like an idiot, completely forgetting my last experience. After waiting for over 20 minutes, I remembered this review, came back and laughed. I'm having a worse experience. Drive though is buzzing, but I get a cold, dry and old burger after over 20 minutes!?
BTW, they're redipping their fries to heat then back up. They're disgusting. Probably the worst McDonalds I've ever eaten at.
I guess then owner replied, asking me to click some link, but when I do, It's says a case number is required. No case number was provided off.
I guess the manager of this current clown show, is named Lucy. Sorry, girl. The food and service is pure slop. Get it together.
7:35PM on a Tuesday. My order was misplaced or something and I was left at the counter waiting. A manger had to rush my order when he found out no one was making it. The fries are disgusting. Soggy and tough. Look like they've been re dipped in the fryer. My burger is old and dry(why? the drive thru is poppin. things should be fresh) . Pickles on my no pickle burger, after I verbally told the guy as he read the ticket. Which is absolutely disgusting once it touches the bread, which was stale. Barely got any of the condiments on my burger, had to put my own. 1 star for the Dr pepper you didn't screw up. BTW, there is a huge crew working right now, so there is no excuse for this overpriced, garbage food. Their menu is just a flashing black screen(see pic)
