I love their Club Tuna but recently they have dropped the amount of actual tuna they put in their sandwiches by about 50%. I wondered if I was going crazy, if it was just this location, but in researching it appears a new company-wide practice. Very sad. I understand the economy is difficult right now, but I also can't afford a $10 sandwich that's mostly cheese and veggies. Sadly I don't think I'll be a regular anymore.
Didn’t have the best experience. Came in to redeem my free sandwich. I was not greeted although I made eye contact with multiple workers. The cashier was an older Caucasian lady and was super rude and impatient. I literally had to say hi first just for her to speak to me. It’s so annoying to find restaurants who can’t even have the basic decency to speak to a customer when they come in!! I would have added all of their names, but of course no one is wearing their name tags.. Basic customer service is literally just going out the window.

I love jimmy John’s and have been going to jimmy John’s for years. I have been going to this JJs for 8 years now. They changed the menu multiple times but now this JJs rule are little bit ridiculous.
They only allow you to buy 4 loafs of bread at once now and no more. I have a large family and the 16in is not big enough to feed my family. I usually spend $90-$150 buying individual sandwiches for my family but rules state no more than 4 loafs. Really. How sad I couldn’t feed my family without buying fresh bread for almost $5.00 each.
Now, my youngest always orders the slim and NEVER had issues with them adding pickles to his sandwich. Now they have to use little plastic cups put the pickles inside the cup and then using plastic that is not necessary to use when pickles is literally freebies and instead of wasting plastic to put it directly on a sandwich when it’s able to be added to any other sandwich. Pickles that’s it just pickles. Ridiculous. We wanted to be more economic about not using the plastic container. Not sure if I will be coming back to this JJs anymore because the rules are becoming more and more absurd.

Don’t usually write reviews, but today I had a great experience at this location. I had a rough day and ordered online. When I arrived I noticed I needed to add food for my son for later. One guy was super nice and took care of me quickly with a great, positive attitude. Honestly lifted my spirits, I appreciate it brotha!
Ps - The new(ish) Toasted Ultimate Italian slaps so hard ✌️

Food was good, touchscreen kiosk to order is easy, but you better snap a pic of your order number because it is gone fast. Parking a bit busy on a Saturday. Staff was nice and made a great sandwich for me and the family.
