- SEStephan EdwardsAug 8, 20265.0This is an average HEB with a hybridr layout similar to some of the stores in the ten to 14 year range. Either was it has just about everything you expect. If not, drive ten minutes and youll probably find another HEB. The staff at this location was super friendly and helpful. Not a single negative vibe from any staff member. There is plenty of parking but you must be very careful manuvering as quite a few patrons drive in a way that implies they might need a toilet badly or they will be dropping off the kids at the pool without the pool.

I went to purchase sockeye salmon from the counter and asked the fishmonger to debone it and he told me it was already deboned but the sign for the fish I asked for said bone in. He said it was descaled as well. I take the fish home to cook it and there are SO MANY BONES AND SCALES!!! I have never had an issue with the fish market at other heb locations or central market before so this was such a frustrating experience.

- BBBryan BarkerJul 17, 20262.0This is my neighborhood HEB and I've been coming here for 15 years. In recent years, I've seen the quality and customer service take a nose dive. For example the meat department. Almost any given time you go to the counter, you'll see three or four folks back there, but no one comes to the counter. They look at you and continue doing what there doing. I've literally waited 5 - 10 minutes for someone to finally come over, after realizing I wasn't leaving until someone assisted me. It's actually a running joke with my kids. When I tell them I'm going to HEB, they ask if I'm getting something from the meat counter, because they don't want to wait. Their marinated chicken breast look more like dry rub on there. I love HEB, but it's just frustrating, so I'm standing in the aisle writing this after giving up at the counter again.
