  My son is glad that the bagel tastes good. Thanks much for that. We came in and was greeted. We waited in line only to get to the register and told that there is a pause. I thought the pause was for drive thru orders. I was hungry so I went next door to firehouse sub instead of waiting the 15 minutes at Einstein. My son really wanted the bagel so we came back. Orders started again. He waited in line and gave his order. It was a simple two small hot chocolate and a pretzel bagel with egg and cheese. It was quite annoying and unfair to see order after order come out while my son sit and wait. I was patient and quiet and understood as they are short staff. The cashier started the hot chocolates but had to get back to the register while the two other workers (mainly a young woman was looking at the tickets and doing the bagels) did their best with sad faces. The cashier apologized. We waited some more. Another worker came out, perhaps a higher level guy and he started doing orders and apologized. I went to the register and the hot chocolates were ready perhaps 15 minutes or more later. My son noticed the sizes looked bigger than a small and the black shirt guy said they were mediums even though we paid for a small. Thank you. I was irritated that the bagel was still not yet ready while bags and bags of orders came out. Thank you to the guy who got the bagel and made the sandwich in less than 50 seconds for my son who was shocked that they were JUST GETTING HIS BAGEL. I thank the employees for doing their best. I hope that they get more friendly hardworking staff who will work as a team with efficiency. All the best. We are usually not in this area so I don't think we would be back. Overall clean and safe restaurant with what looks like fresh bagels. Thanks.

  Yummy! Service was fast, bagel was nicely toasted I got the spinach one with regular spread, highly recommend!

  I stop by here on Monday mornings, and it never disappoints. The bagels are always fresh and taste excellent. A special shout-out to Cooper—he always greets you with a smile and speaks so politely. The entire staff does a great job and provides wonderful service. Highly recommend!

  Almost $7 for a cold cup of coffee that was black and had no vanilla despite the fact that I ordered with 2 creams and vanilla shot. Drive thru line wait was long. The person taking payments was the best part of the visit with her customer service. Unable to return when I realized how poorly made my coffee was as I was late for an appointment. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re short on time and going thru the drive thru. In person may be better as you can check your drink before driving off.
