Tried their chole bhature and paneer butter masala, and both tasted really good. The chole bhature was a little oily, but still delicious. The ambience was decent overall. Would give it a 4/5!
Absolutely pathetic experience. This has to be one of the worst Indian/Telugu restaurants in the entire Austin area. The level of incompetence and disrespect toward customers is unbelievable.
They took our order, made us wait 45 freaking minutes, and when we finally checked, they casually told us it would take just 2 more minutes. We waited another 15 MINUTES, only to be told that the bajji mixture was unavailable. Are you kidding me? You had us waiting for an entire hour before telling us you couldn't even make the item we ordered?
What kind of joke of a restaurant operates like this? Do you have absolutely no communication, organization, or basic common sense? If an item is unavailable, tell the customer immediately instead of wasting an entire hour of their life. Making customers chase you down for updates and then dropping this ridiculous excuse after an hour is beyond unacceptable.
Your customer service is a complete disaster, your management clearly has no clue what it's doing, and your disregard for customers' time is downright insulting. If you can't manage orders or communicate honestly with customers, you have no business running a restaurant. Absolutely disgraceful experience. Save your time, money, and patience—there are plenty of other restaurants that actually know how to treat their customers.

I absolutely love Indian food, but I am also very aware that my spice tolerance has limits, so ordering at an authentic Indian restaurant is always a bit of a balancing act.
We decided to try the lunch plates. My husband ordered the veg plate, and I went with the non-veg plate. Everything was really flavorful, and thankfully the spice level was very manageable for me. They also gave me the sweet red sauce that usually comes with samosas, which helped mellow things out even more and added a really nice sweet contrast to the savory food.
When we went, we actually had the entire restaurant to ourselves, which made it feel like a very casual little lunch date. We were able to sit, talk, and enjoy the food without feeling rushed.
Overall, the prices were great, the food tasted authentic and delicious, and I really enjoyed the experience. Definitely a nice spot if you love Indian food but, like me, don’t necessarily want your lunch trying to fight you back.

We had a last-minute change in caterers for our event, so naturally we were nervous. We had never worked with Desi Circle before and hadn’t even tried their food, so there was a lot riding on that first experience.
Anand immediately put us at ease. He accommodated us for a tasting and genuinely listened to every single piece of input and feedback we gave him. He didn’t just hear us, he made sure those details came through in the final food.
And it absolutely did.
At the event, everyone was raving about the food. Every single dish was flavorful, fresh, and packed with flavor. We had friends visiting from Dallas and India who told us this was some of the best Indian food they had ever eaten, even comparing it favorably to food from their own hometowns.
Every item felt thoughtfully created, and the biggest compliment we could receive was seeing our guests genuinely satisfied and continuing to talk about the food even after the event was over.
Anand and his team were 10/10 from the food to the customer service. They listened, executed, and delivered exactly what we needed when we were on a very tight timeline.
If you’re considering Desi Circle for your next Indian event, I genuinely cannot recommend them enough. And if you haven’t tried their food yet, what are you waiting for? Go visit them. You won’t regret it.

This is my 3rd experience. I wish I got give them
Zero stars. I had to write it down now. I took 2 briyani and chicken 65 rumali roti. I had long day and picked up the food from here. It was so spicy and so bad. I called them the next day since it was late. They told me the manager will come and he will call me back by 1pm. At 1pm they said manager is coming in the evening . I was pissed because they don’t put the customer 1st they are double checking everything. They are re directing us to some or other person. Finally the owner calls and he said that this process we follow. We need to double check. They asked me to get the food back and show it them what’s wrong. For less than 50$ food. They wanted me to get it back so they know what wrong only then they can replace them food. I did say ok. But I have never faced this issued with any one other place. Infact something goes wrong with Bawarchi , they deliver at home and do mention that this won’t happen again. And are sorry about it. But this people are investigating instead of be sorry about.
Please please do not order food from here. The service is pathetic.
I did mention to the person I spoke to that il write a review and that person called the owner and he called me back and said “I solved your problem then why do wana write review ? Please go ahead and write a review , I don’t wana give you the food. “
I took me from morning 11:30 to 1:30 pm to catch hold of person who can replace my order. I will write review. It wasn’t in 1 min. I had to call them atleast 5-7 times to solve this merely less than $50 order.
THE MANAGEMENT IS REALLY PATHETIC .
They are lying ! I have call logs to show they made me wait from 11:30 pm to 1:30 pm to just get on call with the owner for replacing order. Yet they took around 3:30 till they took my replacement order and said “no I will
Not give you replacement since you are uploading the review and I can take names also who I spoke to. I just don’t wana drag anyone here.
Thanks
“DO NOT TRUST THEIR COMMENTS ! THEY NEVER SAID IL REPLACE THE ORDER IMMEDIATELY “
