I’m still going to eat it so it doesn't go to waste, but it's incredibly disappointing to spend $30 on a meal just to get the wrong order. Check your bags before leaving this location!

I ordered TWO bowls, and was told 5mins on fresh queso. Dont trust those words. I WAITED 38 minutes because they forgot about me... standing right in front of them with my food-along with nearly everybody else because they are always out of something. My food is now ice cold but i have my queso. This was my first, and LAST, time and experience here because apparently its almost 40$ for two COLD burrito bowls. I showed up a little after 3 and did not get home (15min drive) until after 4:39pm. So over an hour, was spent WAITING.

I believe his name was but maybe I misheard ) the manager on duty tonight really turned everything around for me is the main reason I’m giving 5 stars. I just want to thank him for fully acknowledging the issues I was having and immediately fixing it for me. He even offered me additional items to compensate and he was extremely understanding of the way I came in there and I could tell it wasn’t just an act, but a genuine care for making sure I left completely taken care of. Greatly appreciate the kind of service he provided to me.
