  I'm so surprised by all the negative reviews at this location. I'd been going to a location in Duncanville due to all the bad reviews, then a few bad experiences there made me switch to the newest location in Duncanville. After a couple of not-so-stellar experiences there with both food and the staff, I decided to give this location a try and it has never disappointed. I've had orders doordashed 3x and they were always correct, hot, and fresh. Every time I've picked up in person, the orders were always correct. Another plus with this location is that the sauces are bigger than other locations I've been to. Seems crazy, but the small sauces are definitely bigger here, which is always a plus. I only order boneless wings, though, so maybe the negative reviews are due to the bone-in wings. Pics below show (in order): 4 pc Louisiana rub strips, 8 pc boneless wings (half Cajun, half Louisiana rub), Lemon pepper chicken sandwich, regular fries, fries with Cajun seasoning, and then 2 small sauces and 1 medium sauce

  I had a very upsetting experience at the Cedar Hill location. My daughter, who is 7½ months pregnant, went in to pick up a 20-piece wing order and was only given one ranch. When she politely asked for more, the manager, Ashley, was extremely rude and dismissive. There was no reason for the situation to escalate the way it did—especially over something so small. My daughter came home in tears because of how she was treated. No customer should be spoken to that way, and certainly not someone who is pregnant and just trying to pick up food. Customer service matters, and this experience was completely unacceptable. Management should be setting an example, not creating negative experiences for customers. I hope the company takes this seriously and makes improvements.

  Tried this location out again since I live in Cedar Hill..I called in a phone order,picked up my order,got home but my order was wrong. Called them,all they offered for my inconvenience was to take the wrong order of food I was given back for a replacement,I guess they dont consider the inconvenience of wasted gas and our time,so we just returned their food and requested a refund. Yall check out the midlothian store,they will serve yall better.
