  I ordered just 3 burgers for my family (no sides or drink) and it took 40 to 45 mins to make. The staff here was moving VERY slowly and taking their time while chatting with each other. They really need to replace their lazy staff. I am never coming back here again.

  The food was great but my family and I. 6 of us came in to dine. the Employee Dontarus was very short with me my mom and kids. Just nasty. It's like he was upset we came in to dine. My mom whome is a pastor noticed his Demeanor as well. Another couple came in after us, same nasty, short attitude. We looked at the other couple, and she was looking confused as we were, and said she'd never been here but won't be coming back. I will not be back for a while. I spent almost $30 for combo and a kid chz burger. But I won't do that again.

  I would give this place negative stars if I could. Unfortunately, every time we come here to eat, we seem to have an issue, yet we continued giving them chances and spending our money here. After today, we will not be returning. During previous visits, the staff has been rude and acted inconvenienced when taking our orders. When mistakes are made with our burgers, multiple employees have made us feel like we were the problem instead of taking responsibility for the mistake. There is a team lead (wearing a black shirt), an older woman, who has consistently been rude. She often appears unprofessional and I have seen her smoking outside. On one occasion, after she charged me the wrong amount, she was speaking negatively under her breath as I walked away. Today, 6/24, my husband went inside and placed a to-go order for two burgers and fries. When he brought the food home, my daughter and I each took a bite of our burgers and immediately noticed something was wrong. The meat had a strange taste and an unusual texture. When we looked closer, we saw that the burger patties were pink and undercooked. Some areas even appeared to have blood. This was completely unacceptable and disgusting. We spent money on food that could potentially make us sick. The little fries we did get were soggy. When we returned to the location, the “acting manager” Javen refused to provide the GM’s contact information. He would not provide an email address or any way to reach management. The only information he gave us was a name: “John.” They also refused to remake our food because we requested a refund. However, no one is compensating us for the gas, time, and inconvenience of having to return because of their mistake. I strongly recommend avoiding this Five Guys location. The poor customer service and food quality issues are not just my experience—there are multiple reviews mentioning similar problems. This location needs to seriously address how customers are being treated and the quality control of the food being served.
