Stopped by yesterday afternoon for a quick pick me up & the service was amazing! Aiden positive attitude and quickness made this trip a 10/10 !! Definitely recommend this location, all staff are very welcoming!

I am a very frequent Dutch Bros customer and usually have a great experience at this location, especially with the morning staff. The morning team is always kind, welcoming, and consistent. They recognize me when I come by, greet me by name, and usually already know when I am picking up my order. I stop by almost every morning for coffee, and sometimes I go more than once a day, so I truly appreciate the good service I usually receive.
Unfortunately, my visit on May 16 around 5:53 PM was very disappointing. My family and I decided to stop by because my kids were craving the waffles, and we also wanted to order our usual drinks. When I walked up, I was not greeted or welcomed. The employee simply asked if I was placing an order or picking up. I still responded politely and said, “Good afternoon, I’m placing an order.”
He asked how many drinks I needed, and I told him five. Right away, his attitude changed. He looked bothered and told me it was going to be a long wait and that he didn’t know if I wanted to wait. I asked politely if it would be better for me to go through the drive-thru instead, and he said it would be the same. He then made it seem like he did not want to take my order at all, saying something along the lines of, “I don’t even know if you want them. It’s up to you if you want to wait.”
At that point, I felt dismissed and uncomfortable, so I said, “Okay, thank you,” and walked away. He did not acknowledge me after that. What made it more frustrating was that as I was leaving, another customer walked up and was helped by a different employee.
I am not upset about having to wait. I completely understand that places get busy, and I would have had no problem waiting. The issue was the way I was spoken to and the way the situation was handled. It felt like my order was an inconvenience before I was even given the chance to place it.
I really do enjoy Dutch Bros, and I want to make it clear that the morning staff at this location is wonderful. This review is not about the entire team, because I have had many great experiences here. However, this evening interaction was disappointing and not the level of customer service I am used to receiving from Dutch Bros. I hope management reviews this and addresses it with the evening staff so customers are treated with the same kindness and respect no matter what time they visit.

The experience was really enjoyable, and Issac helped make the atmosphere feel comfortable and welcoming. Everything went smoothly, and his friendly attitude definitely stood out in a good way.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the drink I ordered was prepared perfectly. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and everything tasted amazing. The guy in the beanie was the person who made my coffee and because of him I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a pretty rough experience today at Dutch bros. Just left 10 minutes ago. Normally the service is top notch but something happened today. I ordered their Brown Sugar Chocolate Chip Cold Brew because I see it on their menu, and when I got it, and they asked me if I was okay with half and half (I’m assuming they didn’t have what the normally put on top of the drink). I get my drink and there isn’t a single chocolate chip in the drink. I asked about it and the barista tells me “yeah we ran out of chocolate chips a long time ago.” No one told me I’d be receiving my drink without chocolate chips when I was ordering. A girl who was brand new was taking my order, but her trainer was beside her, and she should have told me while they were taking my order. That’s literally the whole point to the drink. They need to be transparent with customers. I would’ve asked for another drink but there was a long line behind me and I didn’t feel like wasting more time. Very disappointed in my visit today. Be more transparent and don’t falsely advertise drinks if you don’t have the ingredients to make it.

How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
