I was so excited to try Dunkin Donuts after not having one near for so many years and this was flat out NASTY! A waste of time and money.
- JJjJun 29, 20261.0your experience at this location will vary depending on who is working. my one star review is specifically for ordering the food items at this location. i ordered through the app (10 minutes ahead to avoid a long wait time) and STILL had to wait 20 minutes for them to finish our food! only to find out they did not have a croissant for one of the sandwiches. while they did offer to replace it with a bagel, the bagel was extremely hard as a rock and inedible to the point where it went straight to the trash. we didn’t notice until we were far from the location to ask for a refund. this is not the first incident i had with this location where the food was unsatisfactory and they offer replacements but continue to cook it wrong or just slap ingredients together and give it to you with no care. i highly suggest not ordering any food here.
