- IMIsabella MilanAug 9, 20262.0This location is very hit or miss. The location is nice, the store is nice, and the staff is polite but it is very hit or miss on your order. I always order (today was the fourth time) a golden hash brown wake up wrap with white cheddar. I have had to ask them to remake it every single time because they auto pilot to American. One time I was told they were out of White cheddar. Okay, if you really are (and not just hoping I will just accept it so they don’t have to remake it) then fine but then I would just prefer no cheese; I just simply find American cheese disgusting. I mobile order and always check to make sure it’s in there; it is, they just don’t bother reading it. For my drink this morning, they were out of the Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher, okay fine, I would accept the Pink Pineapple with the blueberry syrup and sparkling water instead. Not a big deal. I get home, and there is no pink pineapple in my drink. Just sparkling water with blueberry syrup. It’s literally their job to make sure things are made properly. Stuff runs out, they get busy, I understand. I have been a barista myself for quite sometime, but when mistakes are just par the course each visit, then they aren’t mistakes anymore, it’s just expected carelessness. Most of the time they will just apologize and politely remake it, sometimes they will remake it but with a side of attitude even though you did order exactly what you wanted and they were careless or just didn’t take an extra two seconds to read the ticket. The location is convenient but the regular frustrations of not just getting what you asked for the first time are not. Being a trained barista myself, I think I would now just rather make them myself at home instead.

Sat in the drive thru for a sec ... eye contact avoided with keanu-matrix skiill... when sensing possibility the whole body goes into avert mode. Well played. That's on me. I know where I am... I know the rules. Was just 'feenin for a regular old black cup of coffee. Next time.

I can understand that sometimes things happen and staffing issues occur but there was no apologies and to make matters worse the donuts and breakfast items received tasted old.
