  This location is terrible. Every time we order food, our orders are wrong and our bowls are half full. The prices have increased so the quality should stay the same, it has gone down hill drastically and you get far less food. We ordered chipotle for dinner tonight and my chicken burrito bowl didn’t have chicken on it. Chipotle won’t get another dollar from me.

  I was very disappointed and disgusted at this location. The restroom is nasty as you can see in the pictures. There wasn't any toilet paper, the toilet was dirty, and most of all, there was not any soap in the dispenser, which led me to think, how are the employees washing their hands to return to preparing our food.

  ok, so this review may not make any sense but it didn't to me either...after getting my burrito which was soo big, I asked if they could cut it in half and rewrap it...the young lady at the register looked at me bewildered. she said what? I repeated myself..she asked someone else my question and then proceeded to tell me they aren't allowed to cut my burrito in half.. as if they don't have knives at Chipotle. I then looked bewildered. The 2nd young lady tells me, "we have knives in the dining room, you can cut it yourself"...ooh ok! This earned them ONE STAR!!! That would have been completely OK IF I was staying and eating in BUT it's 10:15pm and I'm headed home and I asked you to do it as a customer courtesy :-/ I'm not even mad at them - if this is a Chipotle policy, change it!!

  If you haven’t been to another chipotle. You’ve never been to chipotle. Girl that was a “certified trainer” has a nasty attitude. And was bragging on how a lot of customers want to fight her. And will hold a 5 minute conversation with another employee before taking order.

  I've been going there for years now, but on yesterday my order was made wrong. I didn't realize it until we got home, because my son picked it up for me. I almost gave a bad review, but, I decided to call back up there. When I did, I spoke to Melanie. She was so pleasant and accommodating. When I tell you that she gave good customer service!! She is truly an asset to that Chipotle restaurant. When, I went back up there today to pick up my order, I observed her interacting with the customers and it was so pleasant to watch. Being a business owner myself, I can appreciate how she deals with her customers and her co workers as well. She makes sure that everyone is good, while having such a pleasant personality in a fast paced and super busy environment!!! Kuddos to Chipotle for hiring Melanie!!
