  Tall guy glasses brown hair. Came from the back chewing food swallows said he was on break and started making burritos. No thanks on the cross contamination today Really that's food handling 101.

  Watch the servers at the Chipotle restaurant in Cedar Hill, Texas. I go to the Chipotle in Cedar Hill two to three times a month. I have noticed how they serve certain customers. They will serve more portions of rice & meat to certain nationalities. So be aware that the Spanish & Mexicans are given more portions for their orders. Just keep a watch out when placing your order.

  This location needs to hire better associates that act like they want to work in the service industry. It's also the slowest location that I've visited. It always takes forever no matter how short the line is and that food bar area isn't cleaned as often as it should be. Different foods are mixed in with other foods. Chucks of lettuce in the guacamole. Sour cream mixing with other foods. Just a mess. I see why my friend goes to other locations.

  DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Go through the line its faster. They suck at mobile orders. There was no line right now at 6:50pm and they didn’t have my order ready until 7:13pm. 23 min and the actual Line was empty. Just annoyed.

  The counter where they prepare the food was covered in spilled food tonight, and it was obvious that it hadn’t been wiped down after several customers. Food was smeared all over the surface, which then ends up on the bottom of your container or even touching your tortilla when they make the burritos. It literally takes a few seconds to wipe the counter down between customers. I usually get sauces and guacamole, and tonight they were smeared all over the outside of the containers. The last thing I want is for a wet, messy bag to leak or spill all over my car. What really made the experience worse was when I asked the cashier for a napkin because I had guacamole on my hands. The napkins were literally two steps away from her. She initially told me to get one myself from the area they have it by the straws , but when I reached for a napkin, she stopped me. I then had to ask her again to please hand me one. I understand that restaurants get busy, but basic cleanliness and customer service should still be a priority. Some days the staff does a great job keeping the area clean, but tonight it was honestly pretty horrible.
