Who hired these kids, like seriously? I walked in about 8:50ish and was greeted with confused looks. Online it says closes at 11pm. When I asked if they were closed or something, I was told “mhm”. Huh? Does the restaurant close at 9 or 11?

I love the cheese steaks and fries but what I don’t like is the fact that the young man working the cash register and being the cook doing all that by himself with no help is not cool. Also when are food service employees going to start wearing hair nets? Idk but a little side of ranch is a $1.07 that’s really worth 50 cents in my opinion. Y’all have to do better man! Take care

Horrible customer service. These kids running the store are rude and couldn't care any less about the customers who are supporting the business. The food wasn't too bad though....they have a good product. I've never eaten at a Charleys and wanted to try it. I got 2 Philly Cheesesteaks. My husband says he found the meat too salty. I asked the kids the name of their supervisor and they wouldn't come to the counter to speak to me so I couldn't hear their mumbling. I called the store the following morning and no one answered the phone after it rang a dozen times.

Horrible customer service, the girl up front walked in front of me several times and didn’t even acknowledge me standing in front of the cash register. Only helped me after I asked if anyone was taking orders and after she didn’t even greet nor smiled. Working in a customer service job being friendly and inviting is a must, if this are not qualities you may posses than working behind closed doors is the best.
